Inside the Story

Mary and Joseph traveled all the way to Bethlehem for a census, and when they arrived, there was no room for them at the inn. Jesus was born in a humble stable and placed in a manger, the first bed for the Son of God.

Out in the fields nearby, shepherds were watching their sheep when an angel suddenly appeared and told them the good news: a Savior had been born. The shepherds hurried into town and found everything just as the angel had said.

Far away, wise men saw a special star and followed it on a long journey, knowing it would lead them to a newborn king. When they finally found Jesus, they knelt down and worshiped Him, offering precious gifts fit for a king.
